1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Text Automator, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Text Automator is an SMS automation application for Android that enables:
- Scheduling recurring text messages
- Automatically replying to incoming messages
- Forwarding incoming messages
- Sending group messages
Messages are sent as standard SMS through the user's device and cellular plan.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all messages sent through Text Automator. You agree not to use the app for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal purpose.
You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding automated messaging, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You are responsible for obtaining any required consent from message recipients.
Standard carrier messaging rates apply to all messages sent.
4. Account and Subscription
Text Automator offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are processed through the Google Play Store. Subscription terms (pricing, billing cycle, auto-renewal) are displayed at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Google Play Store. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies.
5. Intellectual Property
Text Automator and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by CodePixel Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the application.
6. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle your data.
In summary: all your data stays on your device, we do not collect or transmit personal information, and backups are encrypted with a password you choose.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Text Automator is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered successfully, on time, or at all. Message delivery depends on factors outside our control, including your cellular carrier, network conditions, device state, Android battery optimization, and recipient availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodePixel Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Text Automator, including but not limited to:
- Failed or delayed message delivery
- Unintended messages sent due to misconfiguration
- Charges from your cellular carrier
- Any damages resulting from reliance on the app's automation features
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodePixel Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Text Automator, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Text Automator for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
